        # What's the role

        We are searching for an Account Manager (Marketing Specialist) experienced in driving business results and growth for brands. In this role, you'll work directly with our clients and internal team to lead from ideation all the way up to execution. You are proactive with ideas, eager to push beyond the first right answer, organized, a great communicator, savvy with social trends, are an exceptional collaborator and have a knack for marketing strategy.

        Essential Responsibilities You'll Own :

        • Planning, documentation and presentation of marketing strategies for your clients.
        • Identifying bottlenecks, troubleshooting and providing solutions to execute on client accounts
        • Playing the front-facing role and managing the overall client relationship
        • Onboarding and in-depth strategic planning of new clients
        • Overall client performance and hitting set KPIs - testing, optimizing and scaling.
        • Create & manage project schedules, estimates, and prepare project briefings and meetings
        • Work with the Content Team to generate provocative, socially driven impactful ideas for everything from website content, campaigns, to explainer videos, to social ads–and see them through production
        • Managing pay-per-click and display advertising campaigns with thousands of targeting options per account
        • Work with clients and/or integrated teams to develop and manage plan for idea sell-through
        • Generate weekly reports for clients and be able to speak to the WHY behind each decision and campaign results
        • You will hold yourself accountable for all aspects of your client accounts - wins and mistakes... we’re always learning from our mistakes

          • Possess excellent time management, organization and prioritization skills
          • Have the proven ability to work under tight deadlines and handle pressure, while consistently paying attention to accuracy and quality of work
          • Possess and deliver excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating the ability to present thoughts clearly, accurately, and succinctly
          • Possess and encourage high degrees of initiative, drive, energy, accountability, creativity and maturity
          • Proven ability to quickly and effectively adapt to change and push forward
          • Korean and English professional proficiency
          • 2+ years of relevant industry experience that ensures your understanding of account management, brand management, marketing, e-commerce, media, creative, etc.
          • Agency background preferred, with knowledge of how to interrogate client feedback, shape the work, keep work streams on track and build momentum
